Ann Mari Hopkins

Ann Mari Hopkins pottery has been in the West Country since 1993. Her first pottery "Danescombe Pottery" being by the banks of the river Tamar in Calstock, in Cornwall and has recently moved her pottery to Paignton, in Devon. The influences of the River bank, Dartmoor, local buildings and now the Sea can all be seen in her work. Ann-Mari is forever creating new designs, with different clays and glazes, Her very distinctive, high quality pieces of wall art are becoming quite collectible. Ann-Mari was born in Gotland, a Swedish island in the Baltic Sea. She moved to England when she was 18 and studied pottery at Sir John Cass College of Art in London .............................................................................
